About the site

This site is a joint project between Worcestershire LEA, and the County Archaeological Service at University College Worcester. The project is based, for the most part, on resources held by the County Archaeological Service as a result of excavations in Worcestershire. Further to enrich the site for educational purposes, some projects have required additional material from in- and out-of-county museums.

Sian and Dave Kibblewhite (site authors) would like particularly to thank

Our County Archaeologist Malcolm Atkin and his team,
especially Deborah Overton and Liz Pearson

for their enduring enthusiasm, hard work and patience.
